It was a challenge to transform an old tire remolding accet into a headquarter of a road controlling company, from a destroyed appearance into a modern administration building. We preserved the original structure. And used glass, ACM and company colors on façades.

This is a public Junior High School, built in downtown Itapetininga, SP, with concrete structure. Built in 3 levels, one split, with stairs and ramps. It was colored all over, what brought a jovial look. Total constructed area = 1.395,68m²
